Bob's Painting - Established 1983

Here at Bob’s Painting, we believe painting should be easy, hassle-free and work around your schedule. Since 1983, we have helped thousands of businesses, managers, and homeowners just like you transform their outdated, dingy spaces into beautiful, welcoming, and modern spaces- all without disrupting their business. Bob Herman founded Bob’s Painting because he wanted to use the experience he gained painting apartments around the country to help the people of Albuquerque, an area that needed quality, reliable painters. Nowadays his four kids have taken over (along with a strong team of estimators) and are continuing his legacy of providing experienced painters for a professional painting experience.

When it comes down to it, we understand that you are busy. Painting can be inconvenient and really throw a wrench into the processes of your business or home, but we don’t want you to worry about it! Our decades of experience translates into a cohesive team that works together to provide you with beautiful paint job with a quick turnaround so you can get back to work or enjoying your home!

Bob Herman


Bob oversees and completes the day to day leadership responsibilities of the business as well as estimating and project managing. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his family.

Chris Herman

President and Estimator / Project Manager

Sales estimator for commercial, industrial and office properties. Chris has been estimating and project managing for Bob’s painting since 2004. Prior to that, Chris worked as a painter. He brings his on the job experience into his precise estimating. He spends his free time golfing, camping, and cheering his kids on at soccer games.

Dan O'Neill

Estimator / Project Manager

Sales estimating for residential, commercial, industrial and office properties for all of Santa Fe, Northern NM and the East Mountains. Dan is also an experienced painter with more than 20 years at Bob’s Painting. He uses that experience to oversee large crews of painters. He currently lives in the East Mountains with his wife and son.

Mike Martinez

Estimator / Project Manager

Sales estimating for interior and exterior residential and select commercial customers. Mike has been in the painting business for more than 40 years and has a passion for providing customers with quality service. Mike was born and raised in Albuquerque and spends his free time hunting and riding his motorcycle.

Kael Chambers

Estimator / Project Manager

Estimating and Project Managing for a broad spectrum of commercial clients. Kael has worked in the painting industry for years and has extensive knowledge of the products we apply. He handles various kinds of commercial jobs, but his specialty is medical facilities. When he is not at work, Kael enjoys family time with his wife and kids.

Ryan Herman

Systems Manager

Ryan manages and implements systems and procedures for our employees and assists the estimators in managing the painters and jobsites. When he isn’t helping the shop run smoothly, he enjoys family time with his wife and daughter and playing video games.

Stacey Famiglietta

Office Assistant

Handles all the accounts receivable and general customer service.

Elise Taylor

Office Manager

Amber is responsible for bringing in new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers.
